Poker Tour Pro
Ever thought about becoming a Poker Tour professional? Don’t worry you will soon as you start playing on a regular basis. Poker Pro’s have generally played in both offline and online environments with success in both.
Whenever you hear about Greg Raymer, the winner of the 2004 WSOP you’ll hear that he won his seat through the online arena of pokerstars but what people don’t mention is all the offline experience Greg Raymer had. Playing in with mates and other part-timers before he made his big break through online and then made himself a world wide known name by beating the odds and other poker professionals that have played in tournaments for many more years than him.
When you think of poker tour professionals, there is one man that stands head and shoulders above all others, Doyle Brunson or “Texas Dolly”. Doyle is a seventy old professional. He was born in Longworth Texas on 10 August 1933 to be precise. He has won 9 gold Bracelets for the WSOP.

Chris "Jesus" Ferguson
One of the other legends on Poker Tour circuit is Chris "Jesus" Ferguson(Internal Link). Chris got his nickname from unique looks, with his dark long hair, gaunt face, characteristic dark glasses and black cowboy hat. Chris also has some impressive poker results:

You can look forward to some more of Chris as the poker tour rolls on. Chris plays in the full-tilt poker room.
If there’s one guy you are going to hear more about in the future its Gus Hansen or Gustav Hansen. This guy plays some of the most aggressive poker on the poker tour circuit. My colleagues tells me that Gus doesn’t play the cards, he plays the players. He reads them like he reads a book. For him the cards in his hands are only worth what the other players are worth playing.
